About

My family members are so important to me that I try to avoid posting too many of their details or pictures on the Internet.

I work as a programmer for Microsoft in Silicon Valley. I’m attending business school (starting Fall 2007!) at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

My career has inuded good jobs and bad jobs in a variety of industries, but I’ve always been working with software. Most of my career has found me working for venture-funded start-up companies.

I’m an inventor on a patent, but if you have a technical job your company’s lawyers probaly don’t want you to read it, because you aren’t supposed to read any patents.

On the personal side, I try to live an extreme lifestyle in which I try to spend lots of time with my family, maintain my career, and go to school.

I’m on a multi-year quest to bring my golf game from “beginner” to “novice.”

My other hobbies include doing activities that need to be done, and avoiding those that don’t. And eating things that don’t need to be eaten. And drinking lots of coffee.
